Tell us what wallet you have and what you remember. We review the case before asking for any wallet material. The fee is 15% only after a funded recovery settles; we currently focus on wallets worth about $50,000 or more.

What do you remember about the password? (optional)

Even small clues can make the search more realistic. Do not enter a seed phrase, private key, or a password currently used for another account. Candidate strings derived from these clues may be tested on operator-controlled machines.

A password can itself contain personal information or be reused elsewhere. Treat any reused credential as potentially exposed if a match is found. Seeing the password still does not let an operator spend without the wallet and its keys. Safe-piece metadata is format-specific: an older Electrum BIE1 piece may expose a prefix of the first wallet address, while a MultiBit Classic .key piece reveals a bounded, non-spendable WIF prefix after a match.

Password recovery only

We support forgotten passwords to compatible encrypted wallet files. We cannot recover a missing or partly remembered seed phrase.

We cannot promise a recovery. Human-made passwords with useful clues are much more realistic than long, truly random passwords. We assess that before work starts.
